Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to https://www.kundaliniyoga.edu.in on behalf of WCSC and its affiliates and licensors, licensees or service providers. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through our website and the treatment of any personal data that you choose to submit. Each time you use this website, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and the WCSC Liability Waiver, please do not access or use the website.

Refund Policy for online courses:

On completion of registration, if the participant is not able to attend the course

(S)he may opt for re-register for the same course at a later date, within 6 months from the start date of the originally registered course
(S)he may opt for transfer of participant for the same registered course, for the same schedule.
Transfer of participant subject to screening and approval from WCSC.
Re-registration or change of participant has to be done up-to 4 days before start of the scheduled session. However this will change for specific courses. Please contact the WCSC in charge of the course for the change.
Under any circumstances, no refunds will be made for courses registered.

Refund policy for no-show or break during Course

No refund for no-show
If there is absence or break from the course, it will be considered as cancellation of registration.
No refund or re-registration is possible for both 1 and 2 cases.

Refund policy for Siddha online, Book store and online giving:

Under any circumstances no refunds will be made for orders made through Bookstore, Siddha online and Online giving.
