Terms of Use

As the original purchaser of the content sold by WCSC, you are entitled to access and use the content which is identified in the course and which is provided in the kundaliniyoga.edu.in ("Website"). In order to access and use this content, you must register with your mail ID and create a password to use in accessing the content on the Website. Your password is unique and exclusive to you, and you may not transfer your password to any other person or allow any other person to use your password to access or use the contents on the Website. 

You agree to notify WCSC immediately if any other person makes unauthorized use of your password. WCSC reserves the right to suspend or revoke your User Access in the event of any misuse of the rights provided to you in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any such suspension or revocation, you will not be entitled to any refund or any other payment. 

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Website and the content on the Website. By accessing and using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of these Terms of Use, you may not access or use the site. WCSC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and in its sole discretion. Your use of the site following any modification will constitute your assent to and acceptance of the modifications. Upon registration, WCSC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, personal license to access and use the Web Site Content identified in the product/content you purchased via an online/offline reader. WCSC will not be liable for any delay or interruption in your access to the site or any content located on the site, or for any transmission errors, equipment or software incompatibilities, force majeure or other failure of performance. WCSC will use reasonable efforts to correct any failure of performance, but WCSC will not be required to make any changes to any equipment or software used by WCSC or its contractors or agents to ensure compatibility with any equipment or software used by you. WCSC reserves the right to change, suspend access to, or remove any or all of the content on the Website at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. WCSC also reserves the right to discontinue the Website at any time, either temporarily or permanently. In the event of the removal of any content from the Website or the termination of the Website, you will not be entitled to any refund or payment.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS SITE OR YOUR USE OF THIS SITE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, AND WILL THEREAFTER BE PERMANENTLY BARRED. 

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and WCSC concerning your use of the Website and the contents of the Website. If any provision is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

No waiver of any the Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition, and any failure by WCSC to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. 

Personal Liability Waiver 

It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of your limitations before class begins. I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition which would limit my participation in the classes offered by  The World Community Service Centre, India in person on through Online mode. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and with regard to my participation in any of the yoga classes, programs, or workshops. I understand the risks associated with the activities offered by The World Community Service Centre and I agree to follow all instructions so that I may safely participate in classes, workshops, or other activities. I hereby 

WAIVE AND RELEASE 

The World Community Service Centre, India, its owners, officers, employees, and instructors from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered online or at any facility. In taking part in the yoga classes, workshops, or other activities at the World Community Service Centre, India, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, workshops, or other activities. I on behalf of myself and those of my family members declare that we will make no claim of any sort in relation to and waive any monetary benefit that may be derived from the publication of testimonials, feedback etc in the form of photos, videos, pictures, statements etc and release WCSC from any liability arising from any such publication. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content. I am legally competent to sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. Please practice mindfully and enjoy the many benefits of practicing yoga with The World Community Service Centre, India.
